Reporting a mistake
If a fact on KenyaPlus is wrong or out of date, please tell us which page it's on, what it should say, and — if you can — an official source we can check. We check corrections against the source before changing anything, and record the date we checked.
What we can't help with
- Bookings. KenyaPlus doesn't sell or hold bookings. Contact the hotel, airline, park or operator directly.
- Visas, health and safety. Use official government sources (for the eTA, etakenya.go.ke) and a doctor or travel clinic. We can't process or advise on applications.
- Your saved trips. They live only in your browser, so we can't see or recover them. Use Export all on My trips to keep a copy.
