- KenyaPlus has no sponsored listings, affiliate links or advertising.
- No business has paid to appear on KenyaPlus or to be ranked higher.
- KenyaPlus doesn't sell bookings and earns nothing when you book.
If that changes
KenyaPlus may later earn money through clearly labelled advertising, affiliate referrals, partnerships with travel businesses, or optional paid features. If it does:
- Every sponsored placement and affiliate link will be labelled where it appears.
- Payments will never change how places are ranked in Find My Kenya, what the Trip Reality Check reports, or what the AI suggests.
- A referral link will never be presented as a booking.
- This page will be updated before any of it goes live.
How rankings and checks work
Find My Kenya scores places with rules explained on the page and shows the reasons for each match. The Trip Reality Check and budget are calculations, not opinions. Comparisons don't rank at all. All three use only KenyaPlus records, each with its information label — how we check information.
AI
“Suggest a plan” and Ask Kenya can use Claude, an AI model made by Anthropic. Output from AI is labelled as AI; when AI is off, those features use KenyaPlus's own rules and search and are labelled as not AI. Anthropic does not pay KenyaPlus.

Destination pages show labelled placeholders until photographs have been licensed and their credits recorded.
