Questions about packs
- What counts as an AI trip plan?
- Each time the AI planner suggests a full day-by-day plan for you on the planner. If the planner fails and gives you no plan, nothing is used. Building or changing a plan by hand, running the Trip Reality Check, Ask Kenya and everything else on KenyaPlus never use a plan.
- Are free plans used first?
- Yes. Up to 14 days, your 3 free AI plans each day are used before your pack. Trips longer than 14 days always use a pack.
- How do I pay?
- On Paystack's secure checkout page. Prices are in US dollars, paid by Visa or Mastercard. To pay with M-Pesa, a Pesalink bank transfer or a Kenyan card, switch to Kenya shillings above. KenyaPlus never sees your card details or M-Pesa PIN.
- Does it renew?
- No. Each pack is a single payment. When its plans are used or it expires, nothing more is charged.
- Can I get a refund?
- A pack is a service that starts when you pay, so it isn't refundable; its plans stay yours until its end date. If something went wrong — a double charge, or a pack you paid for that didn't arrive — tell us and we'll check it with Paystack and put it right. See the refund policy.
- Do packs change what KenyaPlus recommends?
- No. A pack gives you more AI plans and longer trips. The places, facts and checks are the same for everyone, and nobody can pay to be recommended.
