What you buy
A planning pack is a one-time payment for a number of AI trip plans on KenyaPlus, to be used within the period shown on the pricing page. Nothing renews and nothing more is charged. KenyaPlus doesn't sell or book travel, so a pack never includes accommodation, park entry, transport or activities.
Refunds
A planning pack is a digital service that starts as soon as your payment is confirmed: its AI plans are added to your account straight away. For that reason packs are not refundable, whether or not you have used their plans. A pack's plans stay available to you until its end date.
We will always put right a payment that went wrong:
- Charged twice, or charged in error: the extra payment is refunded in full.
- Paid but no pack arrived: we add the pack or refund the payment.
- The planner didn't work: plans the AI planner fails to produce are given back to your pack automatically. If it was unavailable for a long period while your pack was valid, we extend the pack.
Each case is checked by KenyaPlus against the payment record in Paystack before anything is refunded; approved refunds are made by our team, not automatically. Nothing in this policy limits your rights under Kenyan consumer law.
How to raise a payment problem
Email support@kenyaplus.online from the address on your KenyaPlus account, with the payment reference from your Paystack receipt (it starts with “kp_”) and what went wrong. We reply within 5 working days. If you dispute a charge with your bank or M-Pesa instead, we will share the payment record with Paystack to resolve it. Approved refunds go back to the card, M-Pesa number or account you paid with, through Paystack; how long the money takes to arrive depends on your bank or mobile money provider. A refunded pack is removed from your account.
Cancelling
There's no subscription to cancel: nothing renews and nothing more is charged. If you delete your KenyaPlus account, any unused plans are deleted with it and are not refunded.
